The inversion table came in two days and was well packed. It was very easy to put together with the paper manual, but I realized after that the video that came with it has instructions and that would have made it even easier. The video is very thorough and has a lot of good exercises on it for those with back problems. I looked at a lot of different brands and models before I picked this one, and I think this one is worth the money as it is very comfortable and made well. My husband has problems with the disks in the thoracic region of his spine, and his doctors cannot do anything for him. I got this for him to see if it would help. He loves it and tries to use every night, and it seems to be helping a lot. When we went away for a couple of weeks, he noticed a big difference when he wasn't using it. I also enjoy using it every so often, and it doesn't hurt my feet as long as I keep my ankles flexed. I'm a personal trainer and find it not only a nice way to stretch and lengthen the body, but also great for doing core exercises.

The Teeter Hang Ups EP-550 gave me immediate relief of back pain. Although not the cheapest inversion table on the market, it is well worth the price. It is made to last a life time. When compared to surgery, injections, medications, the Teeter Hangup is a bargain.

This item is excellent. I am delighted to say that you will definately feel the difference in your overall health.
I have 2 herniated disks and in between decompression therapy treatments I use my Inversion table as it aligns my spine. It works for me.

This is a sturdy, well-made product. I have only been using it a couple of days for a lower back disk problem and sciatica. Every time I use it my back feels better for a while. I'm hoping for permanent relief, gradually. Do not need the boots as this is a much better product than the cheapo brand I tried out at Dick's Sporting Goods, which hurt my feet.

As per my doctor's advice, I searched inversion tables 3 month ago after my car accident. I bought this 1 month ago. I need adjust the table length for my wife and 2 kids whenever we use this. It is easy and safe to adjust it. Although this inversion table is my first time purchase and usage, I am happy to buy this because I feel safe on each sturdy parts when I make my body upside down. In addition, I did not have a problem for assembling this by myself. Although I did not tried a cheaper conversion table, after my search on reviews of cheaper inversion tables, I recommend this product because of sturdy, safe, and comfortable parts & feelings.
